Organizers will enforce this code throughout the day. We expect cooperation from all Participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody. Our golf tournament is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, including Participants and venue staff. Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity and religion; deliberate intimidation; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. The event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate in the event a Participant is engaging in inappropriate behaviour, including expulsion from the event with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the CLR staff immediately. CLR staff are happy to help contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to ensure they feel safe for the duration of the event as we value your attendance. Cancellations received within thirty (30) to seven (7) days can transfer their registration fees to the following year. Cancellations received seven (7) days prior to the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. IMPOSSIBILITIES Upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either CLR or the third-party provider, all refunds will align with the third party’s refund policy.
