CLR’s 57th AGM & Conference is set for September 17 to 19, 2026 at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, B.C.

Each year, this event brings together the conversations, people, and perspectives that help move our industry forward. In 2026, our theme is Moving Forward Together and we’re taking that momentum to the Okanagan.

This year’s conference is already shaping up to be a strong one, with Vaughn Palmer confirmed as keynote speaker, a featured conference panel on Lessons Learned from Major Projects, Friday night entertainment, a hospitality suite, and Saturday activity options including golf at the Okanagan Golf Club’s Bear Course.

More details on registration, sponsorship, accommodations, and the full program will be shared in the months ahead. For now, the destination is set, the dates are in place, and Kelowna is on the horizon.
