CONSTRUCTION LABOUR RELATIONS ASSOCIATION OF BC was established in 1969 with the objective of bringing labour relations stability and security to contractors in BC’s unionized construction sector. CLR now provides a comprehensive range of Labour Relations services to our members. As our organization developed over the last half-century, we have diversified our portfolio which now includes Human Resource services, a Drug & Alcohol Policy, Health & Safety programs, Jurisdictional Assignment Plan (JAplan), Advocacy outreach, Education & Training.
